Please allow 2-3 days for working days delivery from ordering. If we do not have stock of a particular item/s then we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. We may, at times arrange for one of our suppliers to dispatch to you directly. Orders placed over a weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. Goods ordered over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders over £200 EX VAT and weighing under 30kg are FREE.
Orders below £200 EX VAT and weighing under 30kg are delivered at a cost of £15.00 EX VAT

Lorry/Transit Deliveries
Lorry Deliveries have a 2-week Lead time for all orders. The office will contact you with a estimated delivery date.
We plan our Lorry loads the day before delivery therefore 2 working days’ notice for any amendments is required.
All our drivers need at least 8’6” wide access and lorry lengths vary between 26’,30’ and 34’ so please bear this in mind assessing the route for your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
You can shop with the peace of mind that items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving them if they are unsuitable or no longer required. Simply let us know that you would like to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. You then have up to 14 days to return the product to us.
Refunds
Please note: In accordance with the Veterinary Medicines Directorate we are unable to accept any return of POM-VPS, AVM-GSL, NFA-VPS categorised medicines.
A full refund (Excluding Delivery Costs) will be issued on any item returned to us, at your own cost for postage, in its original condition and packaging, with labels, unsoiled and unused, within 28 days.
Within 14 days of receiving your order, please email; shop@www.masseyharpers.co.uk or ring 01409 259600 advising us that you would like to make a return.
Package your item carefully to prevent it being damaged in transit
Enclose a completed returns form (on the bottom half of your invoice)
Please ensure that you obtain and retain a proof of posting when you return your goods. This is to protect you if your goods are lost in transit.
The cost to return an item to us is the customers responsibility.
We will aim to process refunds within 7 days of us receiving the items back.
Returns made after 28 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Exchanges
The cost to return an item to us is the customers responsibility.
We will send the replacement item to you free of charge.
The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging, with labels, unsoiled and unused, within 28 days.

Returning In-store
Alternatively, you may return your goods to our store within 28 days. Please bring your invoice with you in order to receive a refund or exchange.
Quality of your Goods
For Faulty items please send pictures to returns@www.masseyharpers.co.uk showing the suspected fault along with your account number (found on the invoice). We will contact you to advise on the next step.If an item is being returned due to it being faulty, we will refund the postage costs incurred for returning the item (up to the value of £5.00) or alternatively we will send you a courier collection label. We do ask that you contact us first about the fault before returning the product to us.
