Why is my country not in the list?

Our courier can deliver to most destinations across the globe and price varies depending on the item(s) size/weight. If your country is not on the list please contact us by emailing sales@marinesuperstore.com with the item(s) you are interested in and we can quote cost for delivery.

 

When will my order be despatched?

Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day provided we have your items in stock. Items ordered after 2pm Friday and over a weekend will be despatched Monday. Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.

The Marine Super Store web site is constantly updated but demand can be high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items such as our sailing jackets, sailing boots and sailing accessories. If, for this reason, we cannot despatch your order we will contact you with a revised despatch date.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

If the product is in stock and the order received before 3pm (Mon-Fri) the products will be dispatched on the same day with and expected delivery time of 3-5 working days.

Estimated delivery time to Europe is 5 working days.

Rest of the world can vary due to the increased distances involved and potential delays in customs.

Will my order need to be signed for when it arrives?

Yes. All orders must be signed for upon receipt and cannot be left without a signature. If our carrier calls when you are not at home they will leave a calling card so you can contact them to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time.

How can I track my order?

Order tracking is available with our courier. Your dispatch confirmation email will contain a code and a tracking link so that you can follow your order online.

What happens if I’m not in for my delivery?

FedEx deliveries will go back to your local sorting hub and a card will be put through your letterbox with a collection reference. Please follow the instructions on this card to reschedule your delivery.

Can I have my order delivered elsewhere?

For a first order with Marine Super Store over the phone we must deliver to your billing address. However, if you complete your order online through our secure checkout you can arrange delivery to a different address. Once the order has been placed it is very unlikely we can make an address change. But if the product hasn’t been dispatched this might be possible.

Do you deliver to BFPO PO BOX?

Unfortunately our courier does not currently accept BFPO or PO BOX addresses.
